Clinical Supervision
Are you looking for good quality supervision?
Wellspring Counselling’s founder and owner Will Vuong has been where you are, having struggled with finding this himself in the past and having left supervision feeling dissatisfied.
Will aims to help fill this gap by offering clinical supervision while using a combination of Narrative approaches and Socratic questioning. With him, you can expect a reflective and mindful experience that facilitates growth and learning. Also included are some teaching and skills development aspects which are done in a collaborative manner.
But what really makes Will’s clinical supervision unique is that he is a person of colour who is Asian Australian, and also bi-lingual in conversational Cantonese and Mandarin. He can help you navigate multi-cultural issues and develop safe practices for cultural intelligence and competency in the workplace, which ultimately leads to becoming a highly effective practitioner.
You may also opt in for a free 30-minute Discovery Consult where you can ask questions, get a feel about his style, and discuss your clinical goals. You can decide from there if his service is a right fit for you.
